PLEASE JOIN US! The Poughkeepsie Public Schools Foundation will hold its second annual fundraising gala on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at the Keepsake at The Academy. Help us to close opportunity gaps in the areas of Early Childhood Education Literacy, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, Post-Secondary Readiness Career Pathways, and Cultural Awareness. The PPSF Annual Gala is our biggest fundraising night of the year and an opportunity for you to make an enormous impact in the lives of the children and community. We will honor two distinguished alumnae of Poughkeepsie High School, Filmmaker Lisa Molomot ‘90 and Professor Alison Mountz ’91, and screen their award-winning film “Safe Haven.”
The event starts at 6 P.M. with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres followed by the screening, an interview with the filmmakers, and dessert and coffee at 8:15 P.M. We hope you will join us and bring friends and colleagues.
Tickets are $150 each. Please make your check payable to “Poughkeepsie Public Schools Foundation” and send it to us at PO Box 5151, Poughkeepsie, NY 12602 or pay at the door. You can also be a sponsor by purchasing an ad in the printed program or tickets for community members.
